当宿の客室を使用できる時間は15時から翌日10時まででございます。
ただし連続して宿泊する場合においては到着日および出発日を除き、宿泊蔵内は終日使用することができます。
Our guest rooms can be used from 15:00 to 10:00 the next day. However, if you stay consecutively, you can use the accommodation warehouse all day except for the arrival date and departure date.

ご予約日当日、フロントにてチェックインおよび宿泊代金の精算をお済ませください。
お支払いは現金/各種クレジットカードをお使いいただけます。
夕食時のお飲み物等は湖香六根にてその場での精算となります。
ご宿泊のお客様には朝食夕食をご用意しております。
当宿共有スペースカウンターにて7時から9時の間にお召し上がりいただけます。
当宿より提供させていただくお食事以外のお持ち込みは原則として禁止させていただきます。出前のご注文・ご利用もお断りしております。
連泊のお客様は事前にご相談ください。
防犯上のため23時に施錠いたします。
当宿は全館禁煙となっておりますのでお了承ください。
（玄関外に1か所、喫煙場を設けております。喫煙はそちらでお願い致します。）
誠に勝手ながら、小学生以下のお子様はご宿泊いただけません。
当宿客室内であっても、お客様の管理下において発生した事故および盗難につきまして、当宿は一切の責任を負いかねます。
ご宿泊日の貴重品等の取扱いには十分にご留意くださいますようお願いいたします。
当宿客室利用において、客室内でのパーティーやご宿泊のお客様以外の入室をお断りさせていただいております。
また、強い香水をご利用いただくことはお控えください。
緑豊かな庭から蚊や蛙等、多種の虫が入ってきますので窓を開ける際は網戸を必ずご利用ください。
当敷地内での大声での会話や楽器の演奏はお控えください。
各部屋のゴミ箱に廃棄下さい。飲料水等液体は容器のまま置いていてください。
お客様は当宿の施設および什器備品等を汚損、損傷しないようご注意ください。
万一、施設および什器備品等の損害が発生した場合は、当宿よりご連絡申し上げますので速やかに修復を行うかまたはその損害賠償金をご負担いただきます。
駐車場のご利用がある際は、事前予約にて無料でご用意いたしますのでフロントへお申し付けください。
なお、駐車場内での盗難および事故、利用者同士のトラブルにつきまして当宿は一切の責任を負いかねますので、あらかじめご了承ください。
・犬(盲導犬、介助犬は除く)、猫、小鳥その他の愛玩動物・家畜類のお持ち込み
・発火または引火性のある物品や危険物のお持ち込み
悪臭を発生する物品のお持ち込み
近隣の皆様への配慮の都合上、金管楽器、打楽器のお持ち込み

・公序良俗に反する行為および他のお客様のご迷惑と当宿が判断した行為
・保護者の同意なしの未成年者のみでのご宿泊
・暴力団関係者のご利用
・その他の法令で禁止されている行為
On the day of your reservation, please complete check-in and settlement of the accommodation fee at the front desk.
Payment can be made by cash/credit card.
Drinks at dinner will be settled on the spot at Uka Rokkon.
Breakfast and dinner are provided for hotel guests.
You can eat it from 7:00 to 9:00 at our common space counter.
As a general rule, it is prohibited to bring anything other than the meals provided by our hotel. We do not accept orders or use for delivery.
For guests staying consecutive nights, please contact us in advance.
For security reasons, the door will be locked at 23:00.
Please note that our hotel is entirely non-smoking.
(There is one smoking area outside the entrance. Please smoke there.)
We regret to inform you that children under elementary school age cannot stay at our hotel.
The hotel will not be held responsible for any accidents or thefts that occur under the customer's control, even in the rooms of the hotel.
Please be careful when handling valuables on the day of your stay.
When using our guest rooms, we do not allow parties or anyone other than our guests to enter the room.
Also, please refrain from using strong perfume.
Many kinds of insects such as mosquitoes and frogs come in from the lush garden, so please be sure to use the screen door when opening the window.
Please refrain from talking loudly or playing musical instruments on the premises.
Please dispose of it in the garbage bin in each room. Keep liquids such as drinking water in their containers.
Compensation for damages
Please be careful not to deface or damage the facilities, furniture, fixtures, etc. of the hotel.
In the unlikely event that there is damage to the facilities, fixtures and fittings, etc., we will contact you so that we can repair it immediately or you will be responsible for the damages.
If you need to use the parking lot, we will prepare it free of charge if you make a reservation in advance, so please ask at the front desk.
Please note that the hotel will not be held responsible for any thefts or accidents in the parking lot, or troubles between users.
